erm... i never did do the last two months posts...
i have a very bad memory so writing monthly posts was actually a bad idea. however!! some time last month, i bought a hello kitty planner from winners. i am bad at starting stuff unless it is one of the following; the 1st of the month, a sunday, the first of the year, and sometimes it has to be a certain time of the day. i somehow managed to start using that planner literally the day that i got it. i'm not going to be too careful with it, as in like write neatly or censor myself, because i usually do and that's not the point of this planner. i don't have too many things to plan so it's essentially just a daily journal now. i won't be sharing it with anyone and it's probably the first private thing i've ever owned. i haven't done much in life without telling at least someone so i've been slowly doing things on my own without any witnesses. it has been nice so far!!
i'm looking at my snapchat memories to refresh my literal memories and i post on my snap story every workday to keep myself accountable for a thing i started in may. for work, we went to my coworker's house to connect with nature and just have a relaxing day. we made walking sticks and we were given a sketchbook along with a few colouring pencils. it was just for a quick exercise but i decided to draw every day that i'm in the office during one of my breaks. we were doing physical activities, like stretching or going for walks, but the rest of my team has been so busy that we sorta just stopped after a few weeks. anyway lol i uh also post my calendar updates when the month changes. i got a sanrio calendar for christmas from my godsister last year and it's been fun to see who will be the featured character of the month. september featured my melody, cinnamoroll, kuromi, hello kitty, keroppi, and tuxedo sam!! the sanrio friend of the month was keroppi and i also print the calendars from the sanrio site hehe.
uhhh still going off of my snap memories.. . i did a winners/homesense haul where i got wireless light-up hello kitty headphones, hello kitty + kuromi + my melody charger cable protectors, a handheld hello kitty fan, a hello kitty queen-sized plush blanket, oil pastels, a lil purple trash bin, and a mini book light.
uhhh.. oh!! i collected 7/8 tmnt x sanrio figures!! i needed my melody x leonardo still,,, :(
my brother and i also managed to make it to our local ice cream shop before they closed down for the season. i also went out with my friends to eat and i got my fav steak ever so far.
(i'm actually writing this on the 3rd of october) the cut off for this post was the 28th of september but i wanted to also mention that the 30th was the national day for truth and reconciliation. i wore orange to work on the 26th instead since i took that monday (29th) off. if you have no idea what any of this means, please do some research on residential schools in canada!
every child matters
i went to dartmouth on the 27th to catch the grand opening of miniso at the mic mac mall. i didn't stop to eat on the way there but got a slice at pizza delight from the food court... it was not good. i checked out a shop called mind games and they had lil funko pop my melody and kuromi as a pack but i forgot to go back for it. i grabbed the smaller basket when i got to miniso and decided that i can buy anything i want as long as it fits in the basket. i got a small sanrio collapsable storage box, a hello kitty mirror, sanrio sticker flakes, cinnamoroll notebook, hello kitty notepad, hello kitty scissors, two sanrio pencil holders, a sanrio tote bag, and a big plush my melody keychain blind box!!
i also switched offices at work and i prefer this one even though they're exactly the same, honestly.
i may add my fav pics of the month as well hehe. we'll see!! also, the favs are gonna be a lil different. i'm just gonna add random shit i liked.
