kwe’ (hello)!!
i had a really good first week playing around with my website. as you can see on my neocities profile, i started this website back in 2023. i had bought rayna.ooo for a year. my mom passed away that may and never really went back to it until now.
i had a fun time taking pics of my dogs everyday. their names are leo and kiwi! they are maltese brothers born back on christmas eve in 2021. we picked them up in february of 2022 and surprised my brother with more than one dog!
as i said in one of my statuses, i miscalculated when i wanted to start working on my website again. i wanted to do it halfway through the year and i, for some reason, thought it was june. however!! i love this mistake because the month starts on a sunday and i can only start things on either new year’s day or the first of the month or a sunday.
i mentioned in my first post that i wanted to start a few daily habits. i only managed to do two things. i took pictures everyday and i tried to update my status everyday but didn’t remember until past midnight one night. i didn’t mind not starting drawing daily but that almost discouraged me from continuing anything. i didn’t plan for my first week of pictures to only be of my dogs but i don’t really do much or go anywhere. i also think my image size might be too small for really any other kinds of pictures. i panicked for today’s photo and just snapped a shot of a convenience store / gas station as we drove by.
i also wanted to start keep track of everything i bought but on day one i already threw a receipt in the trash. i might start this habit the last sunday of the month instead. i think i only bought more notebooks this week. i also hung out with my friends. we went out and got sushi. it was okay but i prefer sushi in japan.
speaking of japan... i started saving up for my third trip there!! we plan to go for ten days in october of 2026.
